Training our young people in the church is an important matter to consider. The Lads to Leaders & Leaderettes programs develop young Christians for responsible leadership roles not only in the church, but in the home, school, community, and business world. This program provides the Swartz Creek church of Christ as well as other churches with effective year-round youth (kindergarten through 12th grade) leadership. The purpose of Lads to Leaders & Leaderettes is to help instill the Word of God into youth and adults so that they will naturally stand firm in the faith. We need to prepare our young people now to be good leaders.
